- Contractual implementation, coordination and supervision of projects in compliance with time, cost and quality targets
- Coordination and control of employees and subcontractors
- Coordination of project interfaces
- Construction meetings, measurement preparation as well as schedule and construction process planning
- Cost tracking, calculation and control
- Technical and economic planning and process optimization in cooperation with the project development department
